REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Da Drawer, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Clear pictures of the issue must be shared

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations
  • Used products
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash
    • EasyPaisa

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or digital wallet.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
    OR
  • Refund

6. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the issue is not valid under policy, customer may bear return shipping charges.
